First Presbyterian Church of Elizabethton is sponsoring an evening show by well known singer-storyteller Michael Reno Harrell on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. Adult admission is $20, with profits going to support The Shepherd’s Inn, a safe house and emergency shelter in Carter County. Tickets can be purchased at the church’s website at fpcelizabethton.org. On the night of the event, tickets will be sold for cash only. Harrell will also tell stories the following day during the church’s regular church service at 11 a.m. Open to all, the church is located at 119 West F Street, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
