Xtreme Roan Adventures - a kid's outdoor exploration day
This is a 'get the kids outdoors' day sponsored by the Friends of Roan Mountain. The kids, ages 3 - 17, and their families will get to choose from over 23 outdoor Adventures and activities. These are designed for small legs and attention spans. Parents will accompany their children as they explore the forest and fields and river. Expert naturalists from all over the Tri-Cities will lead them to discover natural wonders of the Southern Appalachian region.
