Come join the Johnson City Community Concert Band (JCCCB) for its 40th Anniversary Concert, Oct. 16, 2023, 7pm at Seeger Chapel at Milligan University. This concert will feature works by Fillmore, Grainger, Holst, McBeth, and others. Seeger Chapel seats about 1200 so plenty of room for you, your family, and friends.

JCCCB was formed in 1983 by faculty members of East Tennessee State University to allow local musicians to play challenging wind ensemble music. Now, 40 years later, the band is led by Dr. Christian Zembower and is composed of approximately 90 brass, woodwind, and percussion instrumentalists from the Tri-Cities area who are professional, semi-professional, and amateur musicians. They volunteer their time and talent to enrich the community through live musical performance. The concert is free and open to the public with doors opening at 6:30pm, concert at 7pm.
