The Sullivan County Humane Society (SCHS) will be hosting a “Spay-ghetti Dinner” Thursday February 23 from 5-8 PM at Ridgefields Country Club. This event will be hosted in conjunction with World Spay Day, an international campaign of The Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International that promotes the life-saving benefits of spay/neuter. Tickets to this event can be purchased in advance through the Sullivan County Humane Society’s website for $15 each. Tickets incldue salad, spaghetti, garlic bread, and drink. Cash Bar will be available. Proceeds from this event will go towards the Sullivan County Humane Society’s low-cost “Spay/Neuter Impact Program” (SNIP). SNIP is designed to promote responsible pet ownership and educate current pet owners of the importance of spay/neuter by offering a low cost alternative for those who could not otherwise afford the surgery.
