“Italy”: Art, Culture, & Wood Fired Terracotta ” at Castello Spannocchia in Tuscany, Italy June 18- July 2, 2012 This two-week studio course serves as a vehicle to experience the cultural and artistic history of this amazing region. The course includes lodging, all meals, 24-hour studio access, all materials and firing, Italian lessons, use of the pool, hiking trails, course excursions to surrounding towns & cultural sites, and arrival/departure transport to & from Florence. Open to all levels from beginner to professional. Non-credit participants are welcome.
