Professor Stewart Harris, Associate Professor of Law at the Appalachian School of Law and host of "Your Constitutional" broadcast Sunday afternoons on WETS, will speak to the current debate on gun control from the view point of Constitutional law. He will address the arguments in an attempt to help listeners understand the Constitutional law perspective of both sides.
