15th Annual Wildlife Weekend - 12&13 October 2012 Get Outdoors in Steele Creek Park! All programs are free and will begin from the Steele Creek Park Lodge and surrounding area! Come get your Passport to Nature (and other great giveaways) at the Park Lodge Friday, October 12th beginning at 6:30 pm. An evening Night Hike will follow the reception and Art and Photography Contest awards! Then, join us on Saturday, 13 October, beginning at 8:00 am. Bird banding, LOTS of kids’ activities, fossil casting, wildflower and geology walks, seminars, workshops, and much more with area experts will be ongoing throughout the day!
