A 4 day Americana Roots Music and Camping Festival in Middle Tennessee on a 160 acre farm

The Miss Historic Bluff Pageant is open to girls ages 12 months to 24. Contestants are competing in beauty, talent, and photogenic contests. The deadline for entry is Friday, April 6. Late entries will be accepted for an additional fee. Admission to the pageant is $7 at the door and free for Northeast State Community College Students with a valid student ID. The Sullivan East High School Fine Arts Department will be presenting a collection of visual and performing arts. Art exhibits are open for viewing at 6:00PM. A program that will include drama, band, and choir showcases goes from 6:30 to 7:30. And the art exhibits are again open for viewing after the program from 7:30-8:00PM. Admission is free and open to the public.

At the Library’s annual Homecoming sale, browse nearly 5,000 items—books, media, Milligan College yearbooks, and much more! Everything is $2.00 or less, and all proceeds benefit the Million Pennies Campaign for Library Renovation. The Library’s 4th Annual Homecoming Book Sale will be our best yet—there’s something for everyone, so don’t miss it!

Glen Alpine United Methodist Church is hosting a HalloWingDing! Out event is October 30th from 5pm til the ghosts come out. We invite the public to a night of outdoor Blue Grass Music, Carnival Games, Mini Hay Ride, Costume Contest for all ages, Talent Contest, Corn Hole Tournament, Cake Walk, TJ the Clown, plenty of FREE Food, and a Hot Wing Cook-Off! Come and enjoy the array of decorated pumpkins glowing along main street and Festival Park. Anyone wanting to enter their best carved pumpkin, please bring it to Festival Park between 5 and 6 p.m. on October 28th. The Fire Station will host the annual Trick or Treat Halloween Party on October 29th featuring hotdogs and treat bags as well as community fellowship.
